Refund & Cancellation

If a committed price is not unlocked, a TILT is cancelled, or the platform/seller cannot complete the offer, the applicable commitment amount is released or refunded according to the payment method and TILT terms.

If a buyer backs out after the exact committed condition is met, cancellation treatment will follow the clearly disclosed terms shown before commitment.
